I visited the site, and first of all, I wanna move into the home on the top of the site header lol
I also love that it has a saved list and from what I see, it's to save your fave homes to easily go back to them.
I did notice that the blog is still under construction on the site..Very nice design though and well laid out!

I stopped by locateutahhomes and like that you show the other homes in the neighborhood for sale along with the 360 view of the area the house is in.
I like that in the listings they have a form to schedule showings to make it easier for people. Convenient instead of having to call agent, etc. Also they have google maps which is nice for since not all property listing site has it.

I think you should add an option to visit the full site if it automatically goes to mobile. Its easy to navigate and find houses but you can't leave any fields blank. Like you have to add a price range because if it's blank it won't let you search at all instead of just listing every price. Other than that it's very well put together.
