I liked the Home Quick Search on their site. It worked real easy to find a home in a buyers price range. The only thing I would of Changed is if a buyer doesn't really care exactly which town or city they move to in Utah it would be better to have the option "Any" in the drop down box. Plus when search is completed it would be nice to be able to see the cheapest 1st in your search category. That would save the buyer time viewing 15 or more pages to find the best deal on a new home.
I'm not looking to buy a home but just out of curiosity I did a search on Locate Utah Homes and found a really nice house in Salt Lake City for $80,000.
