I like how the site is laid out and I love the fact that you can search by school zone! SO important for parents! That was our biggest concern when we relocated. I also like the price reduction feature. Very cool!

I really like the website - it's clean, easy to navigate, and loads pretty quickly. A feature I liked on the search was that I could narrow it by price range. Pretty nifty! eclairre(at)ymail(dot)com

i dont live in UTah but i did want to leave you my feedback- i think the site looks very clean and organized and the heading is very nice but i wouldnt list all those homes on the first page- i would let the viewers select from the drop boxes- you might get more customers that way .

The site has a good layout (the graphics are not overwhelming). It looks easy to search for homes.
I looked at the LocateUtahHomes site, and think it might really be of help if buying one in Utah. I am not though, just just glanced at it. Went to it from your CSN giveaway, so don't know if it would show on your 'click' monitor from this one!

The Price Changes features is a great little number. Well thought out.
The website is easy to navigate, loads quickly, and has some nice features (new listing, price changes, broken out into different categories). I was really surprised at how expensive homes are there, though!
