I'm impressed that one can enter an exact address and see if the residence is on the market.
(not to mention being able to get a 5-bedroom home in a Salt Lake City suburb for $137,900--even these days you'd be lucky to get a 1-bedroom condo around Boston for that money).

I don't live in Utah but I would definitely use this site if I was buying a house there. I loved that it was easy to navigate. That you have so many choices when searching. Most searches like this don't take schools into consideration so that was nice. All in all it was a great website with useful information!

I like the quick search and how it includes MLS#'s. That is useful if I search from another website. There are also lots of options to choose from so I can search for a home that is in my range. It would be nice to also have a square footage option.

What I like most about the site is that they have the highest price houses first and so on.

i do like the site. . i think it has a clean layout, and i like that all the links to locations on the site are lined along the top and clearly labeled (so you don't have to hunt around). I also like that you have different ways to search, but you also have homes w/ pics right on the homepage
